Our non-smoking room #1203 smell like smoke along with the 12th floor hall. I don't know if they were just changed from smoking to non-smoking rooms. We noticed a strong oder of cigarette smoke everytime we entered the room.

The outdoor lights were so bright, making it difficult to get the room dark at night even with all the curtains fully closed.

It was as expected, had a great stay for a business trip. Courteous staff and incredible location to central downtown, everything was great. The bed was soft, and the room itself was separate. The clean bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was just next door to Indianapolis from the UK for 20 years, decent walking path and shopping areas...

Close to Lucas Oil Stadium; easy to get from the hotel to destinations; enough room in the king studio to not be ontop of one another; best of all - was the water pressure and functional shower head!! Thank you.

Had an awesome group trip here! We explored the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Lucas Oil Stadium, both super convenient to get to. The King Studio Suite was spacious with a cozy vibe. Plus, we loved the free laundry service-so handy! Definitely a great spot for friends on a fun getaway.
The noise from sirens at night was pretty disruptive. It made it tough to sleep at times, so just be prepared if you're a light sleeper.
